ABOUT

Verónica is a 22 year old artist and disseminator who has was born in Madrid but has spent half of her life studing and working in Oslo, Norway.

The complexity of humans is the inspiration behind most of Veronica’s artwoks.  She portrays humans, the unconsciousness and the vulnerability of each individual. For her it´s more important to visualize what a body carries than what it looks like.

Using a variety of mediums, she enjoys creating layers in her work. Ink, acrylic, and watercolor are her main techniques. This forms a variation in texture and mixture between realism and abstraction.

Since 2016 she has taken art education within different aspects of the art field. She has also spent a lot of time exploring and experimenting independently.

In addition she has a bachelor’s degree in Art and Design from Oslo Metropolitan University, with the field of Art and Dissemination. The study provided her knowledge within contemporary’s various forms of expression through practical-aesthetic work, art communication and art theory.
