The program of this class is NOT ABOUT FIGHTING. It is health and fitness oriented.
It is recommended that you took both "Breathing" and "Tension" classes before this one. It is not required, but beneficial, because we are using tension-relaxation and breathing exercises as important part of stress relief work.
We will go through series of drills and scenarios that will help you get to know more about Systema approach to stress releif. Simulation of psychological element of stress. Physical element of stress.
There is no age nor gender restriction. Everybody is welcome no matter previous experience.
