Frøken består av seks allsidige utøvere. Med sine varierte kunstneriske bakgrunner danner de et friskt, musikalsk og scenisk uttrykk. Gruppen har i fellesskap laget en konsertforestilling som preges av intime møter med både musikk og dans. Frøken formidler musikken både visuelt og dynamisk, og som publikum vil du oppleve å få ta i bruk flere sanser enn bare ørene dine.
Forestillingens musikaliske materiale består av både egne komposisjoner og arrangement av tradisjonelle slåtter. I et rom med soloslått, drivende samspill, lausdans og samtidsdans, formidler gruppa noen tanker rundt spørsmålene;
Hva skal til for å ha guts nok til å bare stole på seg selv, sin egen idé, sitt valg, sin vei?
Når skal du slutte å hige etter bekreftelser på at du har funnet din plass?

Frøken consistis of six versatile artists. Through their varied artistic backgrounds, they are creating a fresh, musical and scenic expression. Together the group have made a concert performance which is characterized by intimate meetings with both music, lyrics and dance. Frøken convey the music both visually and dynamically, and as a part of the audience you will experience, that more than your hearing sense is being activated. The musical material of the performance consists of both own compositions and arrangements of traditional Norwegian folk music. In a space of solo pieces, driving interactions, free folk dance and contemporary dance, the group communicates some thoughts around the questions;
What does it mean to have guts enough to just rely on yourself, your own idea, your choice, your own way?
When will you stop seeking for confirmation that you have found your place?
