Arrangement av SALT art & music, OPEN DRAG STAGE og DragCoreGet ready to take a deep dive “Into the Night” when DragCore and Open Drag Stage take the stage in this year's unique collaboration together with some of the best Drag Artists of Norway! We are so proud of this new and fresh concept and you should not dare to miss it! It is a new concept like you have never seen before.
DragCore and Open Drag Stage are getting together to plan a night full of your heart’s desires and all the Glitter, glam, and fierceness that is possible to fill the stage with! Gurl, this night will be sickening! And like every show or party we must have a killer DJ too. So nobody else better to have than our friend Ferdinand to join this project.
The secret casting is going to be fire babes! We will start revealing the artists and the final poster one month before the show date.
And don't forget that we have limited tickets and a special price for students and also if you are part of the Drag Community, so no excuses, hurry up and save your spot before it’s sold out!
DRAGCORE
DragCore well-known drag concept that has performed many shows around Norway, including the biggest Pride Festivals in the country. Created in 2020 as an initiative to give drag artists a space to develop their expression and art. DragCore has 8 members, where everyone gives their unique expression and takes on drag as an art form. DragCore’s moral is “All drag is valid”, which means they are always looking for a variation of drag expressions through drag queens, drag kings, drag things and all other drags out there. They are creating a platform where drag artists can find their tools and push their boundaries and expressions further than they ever thought was possible.
OPEN DRAG STAGE
Open Drag Stage is also an Oslo based drag concept, started their creation in 2017. This was also as an initiative to give drag artists out there a venue and platform for where they could perform and meet other drag artists in the business. The ensemble of Open Drag Stage is different every time, and the artists invited are all from experienced drag performers to people doing drag for their very first time. This creates a space where experience can be shared and new contacts to be made.
